Ok, so I have a balance on my credit card in the amount of $5,208 that I owe. Right now they are offering a promotion of balance transfer to pay off your high interest cards. The balance transfer is of 0% interest fee will be for a year. Can I request the exact amount and pay off the $5,208 that I owe to citicard, but the only thing is i'm paying off citicard and requesting the balance transfer from citicard as well. What im trying to do is pay off the balance that has the interest so I can get no interest because of the balance transfer.?
