I'm 19 years old, about 8 months ago I was playing basketball. I jumped my highest to grab a big rebound, and others jumped with me. After that point I can't really tell what happened but it seems like my arm got caught in between 2 players and jerked/shifted quickly and it felt real bad. Tears almost came, an I ran up the court holding my arm/shoulder and the pain was unbearable. The excruciating pain left after like 2 mins or so, I rested and continued to play. Next day I woke up, my shoulder was sore and it went away. But the problem is every time I was raise my shoulder to a specific angle there is pain in the joint, ligament, I don't know even know. Sometimes I lie down, stretch my arm out, locate the pain and just keep there, stretch it.Or stretch my arm out onto a wall and do the the same. But it won't go away. I really don't know what it is. I'm going to see a doctor regardless but can any of you guys know what it could or what happened?? THankss
