I was just practicing my game in the gym for about an hour. I was making almost every shot and was shooting very well. I then went into the weight room for a very light workout. About 15 minutes later I went outside and played a real 5 on 5 game with my friends. I was now missing almost every shot. Most of them were wide open too. Luckily I was still able to drive in for a couple of points. Does anyone know what could be wrong. Maybe the change of surface? I don't think it was the workout because it was very short but maybe that could have affected it too. Any thoughts?
