R Roger Member Oct 17, 2012 #1 I am in a bit of a rut. On the one hand i can join a rep team, a winning team, and be a role player, or stay on my losing rep team, and be a star player. Should i stay or should i tryout for the new team? I am leaning towards the winning team.
