Hello there, i have a knee problem that have made me bounce from doctor to doctor without a concrete result, my left knee (jumping leg is left) aches when i press it but when i walk on it it's normal when i play it's sort of hard to manage but i forget it during the game, but when i get home it aches a bit more. I could easily grab the rim but know my knee is "moody", i started leg-weight training 45 days ago and was in the waiting for results, having sore muscles most of the time and resting saturdays and sundays, but then the surprise was i felt i decreased my vertical! I know it's not possible but i feel i cant jump and so tight to the ground. Plz somebody tell me all the work in the weight room wasn't for nothing.
