Bee-tah: Quake Wars Public Beta Good To Go

I know, it's been a while. Years, even. You've been very patient. iD and Splash Damage are very proud of you. So proud, in fact, they're holding a public beta to reward you. Details are thin at the moment, with no launch date mentioned, but they did mention the beta will only take place on a single map.
Oh, they also said that FilePlanet subscribers will be at the front of the queue, since FP's servers will be hosting the beta. Just so you know.
I don't really dig the Quake universe, but damned if I'm not excited about this game. Wolfenstein's ET title is probaby the most underrated MP PC game of the past few years, and I loved that thing. Can't wait to play a fresher version. Luke Plunkett
