Being overcharged on T-Mobile contract any solutions?

I have a T-mobile contract where I have unlimited texts and 800 minutes
Picture messages cost 17p and I've only sent 4 in the last month and I stayed within my 800 minutes yet T-mobile are charging me £90.11 which is absurd the contract costs £25 a month can someone please tell me why they have charged so much? I get charged for connecting to voicemail but it connects everytime I switch my phone on without me wanting it to I tried contacting T-mobile but they say I need the account number just to email them which my mum has and I know she'll strangle me if she sees the bill but I'm convinced I've been overcharged how can I contact T-mobile without needing to give an account number etc.?
