Bell and Howell 374 autoload where to get film?

I stumbled upon a Bell and Howell 374 Autoload for $5. I was wondering if there was anywhere I could buy some film for it, and it looks like it takes AAA batteries. Can I just use normal ones or do I need special batteries? I looked online a little and found that someone had it for $40 on ebay, but it wasn't in the greatest condition. How much do you think this one could go for? Mine's in pretty much perfect condition except for the focus. I can't get it to focus right, is that just because it's old? Thanks guys!
 
I don't have enough information! Is this a movie camera? If there is like an opening for a cartridge the camera could take the older 8mm magazine film or even Super 8 film. In my entire life I don't recall any camera taking triple "A" batteries (AAA). Double A (AA) yes. Some older cameras didn't focus unless the batteries where in the camera
