I am wondering what the timelines are surrounding getting a hardware upgrade from Bell, Rogers, or Telus. I am with Bell right now and want a hardware upgrade. I have been with them for two years, I have a three year contract. I've been told that I am not eligible for any upgrade whatsoever by two Bell associates.
Can someone tell me what policies exist surrounding upgrading and what the service provider should offer to loyal customers?
