So she bought collars with bells on them for both cats. Today I'm working outside and I see the one cat go around the side of the house with a bird, so I followed her. She has a collection of partially eaten birds hidden under a shrub. So why isn't the bell warning off the birds? Do they not hear it or do they just ignore it after a while? Regardless; the collars are coming off. They obviously don't work.</blockquote>
