an emergency? have now been without a phone for over a week They were suppose to come sat. and fix what ever was wrong I have the extended plan that covers anything that needs to be fixed and pay for it every month.
When People try to call all they get is a busy tone.My dsl does work why i dont know?.I have called them every day and they were suppose to send someone out sat. and I had to go out of town and told them in advance i wouldnt be there.I called them today and they said that my line had been chewed by a dog and they dont cover that?? Now how in the hell could they know that unless they broke into my house.I have inspected all the lines and none r chewed.I took a brand new phone line and plugged it into the test jack outside in the box and all I got was a humming noise same as in the house.Doesnt that mean its my box or the main line??? What can I do Iam paying for a service iam not recieveing and they wont come and do anything.What am I suppose to do in case of an emergency i cant call out.This is so furustrating and I dont know what to do i have complained and nothing seems to work with these people.Who can I contact to get something done??????? Do they have a main office or maybe a consumer advocacy group?
