So in english class i have to write a paper on justifying the movie with close reading of the text.
i have 2 examples but i still need one more body paragraph. Can you help me out?
The fact that noone saw the battle between Beowulf and Grendel's mom (lets call her GM) is a big question to many. The movie can be true to the story because nobody saw that battle and what Beowulf did with GM really could have happened. which leads to the 2nd example...
The poem never tells WHY the dragon is Beowulfs fault. The movie playing off of holes in the poem suggests that Beowulf and GM got it on and had a son
So by that saying, the movie can be justified by a close reading of the text...
Now from here on im stuck.
of course in a jr english class your going to need an intro-3body paragraphs-and a conclusion.
i have my intro, but i only have TWO body paragraphs....can you help me find one more justification? you will be greatly appreciated FOREVER! <3
