We all know the Stephanie McMahon rumor ...of Macho and an underage Stephanie having sex...being the reason he is blacklisted from the WWE ...people (including his own brother Lanny Poffo) saying they believe it to be true...then there are those who swear it is false ...
Lets say it is false...can someone please give me a reason he is just banned from all things WWE ? Because lets face it he made an impact and left his mark on the world of wrestling especially for the WWF...and still...no Hall of Fame, hardly no mention of him, not even allowed to be interviewed on his own dvd set?, just a bunch of matches? anyone have any possible reasons besides the rumor?
Here are some others who you never thought Vince would let back in but did because of ...money, fans, ratings, publicity, and his ego to watch them come crawling back...
1- Bret Hart - after the montreal screw job, spitting right in Vinces face, then punching and knocking him out back stage, then the death of his brother Owen, and saying basically never would he go back to him ...he allowed Bret back
2- Ultimate Warrior - Who held McMahon up right before Summer Slam and demanded a large sum of money or he would no show, was paid then fired then brought back , only to get fired again to come back and lets him back another time where he no shows the fans? ...still he gave Warrior a chance/chances
3- Sable - In June 1999, Rena Mero quit the WWF and filed a $110 million lawsuit against the company, citing allegations of sexual harassment and unsafe working conditions - and he STILL brought her back!
4- jessie ventura - In 1987, while negotiating his contract as a WWF commentator, Ventura waived his rights to royalties on videotape sales when he was falsely told that only feature performers received such royalties. In 1991, having discovered that other non-feature performers received royalties, Ventura brought an action for fraud, misappropriation of publicity rights, and quantum meruit in Minnesota state court against Titan Sports. Titan removed the case to federal court, and Ventura won an $801,333 jury verdict on the last claim. The judgment was affirmed on appeal, and the case,[21] 65 F.3d 725 (8th Cir.1995), is an important result in the law of restitution....still he was brought back even though they edit out his commentary on redistributions of matches he called
5- Eric Bischoff - Gave him a job after all the stuff he did to Vince such as announcing the winner of the title match that was to air on Raw later that night, and the whole Rick Rude incident...
So I ask you what reason could there be, or could there of been (not sure the shape he is in now) to not bring him back...I mean there was serious money to be made...Hogan had a decent enough match with the rock? at the very least as a surprise or at least let him be interviewed for his dvd?
Any good reasons besides the Stephanie thing? it makes me wonder if it could be true because Vince doesnt just let money blow away ...but he does have that creepy affection toward his daughter so maybe this struck a nerve?
creepy affection....just click the link
