Best acne treatments?

So I don't have bad acne but the little I do have pisses me off.

I just want to have 99.9999999% clear skin and not have to worry about red bumps on my face.

So I googled some acne treatments and all I found were scam websites looking to cash in on desperate people.

So what I'm wondering is, is there a 1 step acne wash or somethng that is actually effective?

If not would there be any other 2-whatever step solution that is worth the money?
