I suggest you Utorrent (Free)
µTorrent is a (very) tiny BitTorrent client
It has a very good WebUI, Embedded Tracker, RSS, Protocol encryption,... and so on.

utorrent is the best and the only problems u may get is due to dling bad torrents

another option is vuze which is a java based client.
