Best Euro-Trip Tour Agency for Young Adult?

I am looking to travel to Europe for roughly 3 weeks in the upcoming months. Been researching Contiki, Aesu, Trafalgar and G Adventures (Yolo).

I am a 22 year old, social Southern Californian that enjoys a great adventure, socializing, meeting new people and the nightlife.

Would greatly appreciate some honest advice, and if you have other agencies to recommend please advise!
