Well I'm skinny. but I'm like skinny fat. my arms and legs are still really skinny. but then i've been gaining weight in my waist and belly. So sadly my flat stomach is gone and my skinny waist too =[. I want it back!! and I wan't an exercise that tones thighs and buns. I really need to lose all this body fat that i know i have a lot. So what's the best exercises that burns fat the most and fast? and how long? frequent? etc?
