Minnesota will be an underdog in the Big Ten this season, so it was fitting that coach Tubby Smith entered the school's All-Star Friday Night dressed like Rocky. Clad in a full length black satin boxing robe and boxing gloves, Smith bobbed and weaved and threw a few vicious jabs and hooks to the delight of the crowd as LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out" blared in the background. Why the boxing motif from Smith? Perhaps it's because the Gophers will need to show more fight than they did a year ago when they wilted down the stretch and finished a disappointing 17-14.
