Best VoIP app for iPhone?

I'm going to be in Europe for all of July and wanted to use my iPhone for VoIP over wireless instead of making expensive international calls. So, if I happen to be in a coffee shop and get free wireless, which app do you think will be the cheapest and best quality to make phone calls to the US?

Some examples: PennyTel, Truphone, Fring, Jajah, Raketu, etc.
