Are there any exercises I can do or measures I can take to prevent having bad knees when I'm older?
I partake in activities like hiking, backpacking, and running quite often, and the former can be especially jarring on the knee, despite my best efforts. I'm perfectly fine now, but I see so many elderly hikers with knee problems -- problems that I'd prefer to avoid. Any way how?
