I'm glad he's dead, he should have been dead a long time ago, but killed by US intelligence? As if!
Had he been found by US intelligence he would have been brought in and placed in some top security prison, not bombed down. It would make the US troops seem less useless, more capable and it would win them more glory to bring him in alive instead of bombing from afar. I don't buy it, he was clearly already dead when they found him and now they're trying to make it look like it was they who killed him.
