I don't know if any one will know the answer to this, but I need to know where to find the bins for trash and recyclable stuff for a housing area on post in Germany. We were supposed to get a black bin for for refuse, a yellow bin for plastics, a green bin for paper, and a blue bin for metal when we got housing (according to neighbors, the recycle center, and the self-help place). Housing claims they don't know where to get the bins. Nothing will be picked up if they aren't in the bins. The recylce center opens and closes while my husband is at work (I can't drive), and is only open for a short time on Saturdays. It is illegal to just throw stuff away. If anyone could help me figure out where to get the bins (like where I could buy them or who I could contact) I would greatly appreciate it. I live in the Vilseck/Graf area. Thank you.
