Recently installed Win7, and hence torrent program and ol' trusted NetLimiter to limit my upload. I set the upload limit to 5.00kb/s, but... In BitTorrent itself it shows the upload to be around 100kb/s. Why am I getting different values?
NetLimiter is probably incompatible with Win7 for now. Are you sure BitTorrent doesnt have a setting that allows you to limit upload? I use BitLord and you can limit your upload in the program itself. No need for extra software.
Also, don't you think 5 kb/s is a little on the low side? How would you like it if you could only download at 5kb/s from everyone else?
