BitTorrent client keeps stopping?

I use BitTorrent to download torrent files and it is usually pretty reliable. I am trying to download a file today and it keeps stopping after like a half hour I go from 200kb d/l to 0 d/l. There are 37 seeds to the file? What is going on? Anyone know??
 
check if ur windows firewall is up and running if so disable it ... disable 3rd party installed firewalls in ur computer ... uninstall the software and reinstall it plus make the connection settings default and let the software choose the best connection settings do not manually choose dial up 56kpbs or adsl 512 kpbs etc settings keep it in default ... or try to check if u get the same problem while using u torrent (get it from its web - www.utorrent.com)
 
there are many factors why it goes to 0 kb

1.there are many people who uses the net on that time and you have the same net provider

2.seeders stop sharing file after 30min to give way to another file to be shared

3.not enough seeders.
