I have a good broadband internet connection (800KBs/6mbs), and usually i get good, fast bittorrent downloads. What's weird is that lately it has been capping at 30 kb\s, sometimes a little lower, and if I add another download they both download at 15 kb\s. Every once in a while a download speeds up to 300-600 kb\s, but only for that download and for the entirety of that one download. I have bell sympatico. Please tell me why my internet is messed up!
