BitTorrent downloading way to slowly???!?

OK , so i wanted to download a 2.33GB file using bit-torrent, and yes, obviously its a torrent file. it's also a .ISO, if that really matters. The maximum speed for the pat hour is 4.3kB/s!! I don't understand y, as for yesterday it downloading at 150kB/s. please give me some advice..not like it depends on connection and stuff! id really appreciate it

Its all really do to with who is uploading the file at this time you are downloading it. Yesterday someone with a really fast connection speed and now they aren't or there are simply more people downloading. Other possible thing is isp's can often limit bandwith at certain times of day, its possible they are limiting yours now but a different time they wouldn't. Sorry there's no advice there to get better speeds but bittorrent is only as good as the seeders uploading.!
