Bittorrent cannot connect to the internet
I checked everything, firewall allows bittorrent, port forwarding is enabled and I have tried different torrent with seeds from different sites and there is no progress in the download.
When I try to optimize the connection I get this message:
Connection failed error: Timed out. (10060)
Any suggestions?
