Whenever i go to download something online it says it has seeders however when i try to download it it wont because there aren't any seeders connecting. I have tried running a test on bittorrent via options-setup guide. It tells me that my port is not open and results: speed test failed. Connection failed error: a request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is... Ive tried changing ports but i have had no success. I have windows 7 toshiba if that helps.
