if it stopped downloading that means there aren't any seeds.
Meaning that no one (who is connected to a bit-torrent) has 100% of the program your trying to download.
So to simplify it: You can't download because there's no one to download from.
Have you got any connected Seeds? or only Peers/Leechers?
If you have no seeds, you will only be able to download a partial file, unless a connected peer has a connected seed... it will take ages but it should get there eventually.
your best option is to simply leave it running 24/7 for like a week... hopefully during that time someone will come on. otherwise, unfortunately you might have to try a different torrent.
