Bittorrent + U Torrent keep F**KING FREEZING!!!?

Why the f**k is bittorrent and utorrent freezing and then coming up with an error message and shutting down?
 
If you have Comcast then this might be the reason ..

usually this just breaks the transfer though, but i have heard of it crashing the program.
