I just updated the os system of my q10 but suddenly all the android apps like Skype stopped working. I open the app and it shows the BlackBerry 10 in black with black background. It shows a blue line as the loading at the bottom but I suddenly just turns off after a bit. This didn't happen with 10.1 and help please. I got 10.2 now
