my friend gave me a blackberry as it is faulty. it just shows empty battery - even when the battery if full, used 2 batteries so i know its the phone. i have connected to bb desktop and its says its needs updating but half way through it disconnects. i think that it is the firmware. how do i resolve this?? cheers
