I have a new Blackberry 8310 on AT&T (USA) and attached to a BES server.
When my blackberry starts up, or is locked, it prompts for a password. I can enter that password successfully and use the device.
However, If I try to log into my BB using Blackberry desktop, or change my password on the blackberry, it does not accept that same password. Each time I enter the password, it registers it as one of the 10 password attempts.
Whats even stranger, is that 10 attempts number resets when I log into the BB again after the lock-timeout.
Can someone help?!
