I have the curve for Verizon and I am having some problems with it. First of all is with the blackberry messenger. When I look at my contact info from my girlfriends phone it shows my email address instead of my pin number. Is this ok? None of my contacts have their email address listed, only a pin number.
My second question is I just tried to update my phone on the computer for the first time. I installed the desktop manager, what do I click on? Is it the add/remove/update button? If so how do I know that it has the latest software? It has 4.3.0.127
I went to Verizon today but the guy had no idea other then to remove and re-add all my bbm contacts...which I did.
