Okay so I just got my blackberry and everything is working fine except the internet. So web n walk works right but the facebook app doesn't it says that there's a network error. My mum told me that the people said that they had given me unlimited internet and that so I don't get what the problem is. I tried ringing them and they told me to text internet to some number and when i got a reply it said my phone doesn't support the service requested..HELP please I really don't know what the problem is
