Blackberry 9520 storm 2 best os?

I am on vodafone with os 5.0.0.1077. This is the latest os avaliable but I have noticed the keyboard often freezes when typing. Also I would like to know how to access the engineering screen (not the help me screen). Back to the main question, what is the best os for this device.
 
Well the Storm 2 is basically dead in the water, so I'd expect the latest is the best OS & if that's what you have & you're still not satisfied then that's the nature of the beast.
Anyways, RIM is expected to released BlackBerry OS 10 later this month & that is much better than any other previous BB OS.
