Blackberry apps help?!?

I reinstalled my blackberry's os now I don't have some apps I had before. how can I get maps and document / file reader? I can't seem to find them anywhere.. help?
Thank you! I got them back! Do you have any idea on what should I do to get my contacts back though?
 
It is maybe cause you reinstalled your blckbry and now you have to connect your phone to the net and then you have to install the apps again.
