blackberry bold 9700 or palm pre ?

im upgrading from my motorola rival because it is such a fustrating phone it lags, freezes, and sometimes wont send text messages and its just overall a fustrating phone so im done with it so ive narrowed it down to the blackberry bold 9700 or the palm pre. what do you think ?
 
You are on verizon correct? if you are, this is the palm pre plus. It is an improvement over the original in most respects. I would take the pre plus due to its touch screen and better web. The blackberry has had alot more time to refine its operating system so it will be a more complete operating system.
