I am having problems with my bold 9780, after twice doing a clean wipe i still cant install any of my apps, i have spoken to t mobile (telling me i have a corrupt OS) but the only solution they can offer is for them to send me a replacement,which will take approx 14 days . To me that is not a viable option, what i would like to know is can i get hold of a copy of the OS so i can re install it myself. i have tried using my desktop software checking for updates, but as i have the newest OS i am not given the choice to do it manually. Can someone please help me.
