Blackberry bold 9900 problems?

Well basically my blackberry touch bold isn't responding to anything I do? It won't let me use the key board or scroller or touch screen it has a little 'EN' in the corner? I've restarted it over 10 times and took the SIM card out? What else do I do? It won't even let me put in my password thanks

EN means English. The best thing to do is to reload the software. You can call your carrier to walk them through
