I had been texting, I put my phone down and pick it back up and the blackberry is loading as if I had taken the sim card out and reinserted it. I let it finishing load untill an hour had passed and nothing had changed. I took it to the at&t store today and they told me I had to get a new one.
I've taken the battery out, the memory card out, the sim card out, and all reinserted it.
I turn it on, the blackberry loads as a bar on the bottom begins to fill, with the words BLACKBERRY ontop of it. It will load up to the R, and freeze. I can not go any farther. I can not turn it off without taking out the battery. Any suggestions?
