Outlook contacts to my device? I have a Brand New Blackberry 8310 Curve. I am trying to synchronize my Outlook contacts to my device using the Desktop manager software that came with the phone. I have attached the device USB and made a detection. I click sychronize and keep getting an error message reading "UNKNOWN ERROR REPORTED".

Any advice from the Blackberry Guru's out there?
