then my dad bought a mirco SD card to put it for additional memory.
He took out the battery and SIM card to make sure he was putting the mirco SD in the right slot, and then put everything back in.
Ever since then, it has been on the black screen with the white loading bar, which loads completely, then the red light turns on and then off, and the loading repeats, this has been going on for a few hours now.
i already tried taking the battery out again, but same thing. what should i do?
