Boyfriend just got it a few days ago. The service is AT&T. Now..Here is the problem..
He downloaded videos from his computer on to his phone. When he tries to view the videos (on his phone) nothing appears. There is only the audio. He did have sample videos on his phone to begin with. He seen the format on those sample videos and set that same format to the one's he downloaded...What is the problem here ?
The format is .mp4
Which is what the sample videos format was in and the ones he has downloaded.
