I'm on the three network and I have a ?10 add on which includes my blackberry services so I have the services before anyone gives me advice on activating it. Unless I connect to my wifi, it won't let me use blackberry messenger or the Internet. I did a blackberry device analysis on settings and it is saying my data capability has failed and services cannot be provided at this time. I have took my battery out and rebooted the phone but it doesn't seem to work. Please can someone help?
