I have a Blackberry 9360 and I have been using the same password on my phone for over a year. I usually always type it in right and when I don't I always get it the second time. Now I've made 7 attempts and it still says I've got it wrong when I know I haven't. Now I don't want any of the baloney about me not pressing it right. Trust me, I'm pressing it right. I've also had this same problem occur a couple months ago and I fixed it using advice from an online fourm. I completely forgot what it is I did that fixed it though so here I am in the research phase again. Today I've been downloading so much tracker/locator/security apps for my phone looking for a really good one to use in case my phone gets stolen. The last one I downloaded(Anti Crime FREE), asked to create a password to turn off the siren alarm if a thief were to take my phone. I entered the same password I use for my blackberry and pretty much everything else. I locked my phone to try it out, and what do you know, I can't unlock my phone. Like did somehow all the passwords I've been creating today get mixed up. Anyway, how do I fix this?
Okay so now I restarted it and the siren from the app turned on and is not stopping. Ugh! I need to fix this quick!
