BlackBerry Pearl 8120 not available in US?

I went to T-Mobile.com and I saw the BlackBerry Pearl 8120 listed under their phones that you can purchase. It says it will be delivered in 2-4 business days, like it says for all the phones they offer.

Is it true that the 8120 is not available in the US, like I've heard? Only a few European countries? And that if you import it, you have to unlock it?
