Blackberry Pearl help!!!!!!?

I have a b b p and I wanted to put music in it, I followed all the steps and and I connect my device, I then click on the media manager and nothing happens!!!!!! I see the bar say connected then working then connected Can u plz help me!!!!
 
wish I could help you, unfortunately I am in the same position. I have no idea how to get music loaded....
 
well it depends wat kind of windows u have,
cuz the same thing happened to me and i have Windows Vista, and i had to install a newer version of it,
it was the 4.3 one may be u have to download a new version of it too.
