blackberry pearl rollerball not scrolling down?

About a month ago , the rollerball was not scrolling down in which after a few days started working again ...Yesterday it has stopped scrolling down again and I dont know what to do ..can anyone advise ....thanks
Actually it was about 2 months ago when last it stucked from rolling down
