My blackberry keeps freezing at my carrier screen (which is O2 UK) I purchased it from the O2 store and each time I reboot (pull the battery out and put it back in while the phone is on and not connected to a charger, earphones etc) the same thing keeps happening, it just freezes on the splash screen of O2. I didn't drop it and it's not water damaged it just started happening tooday. Someone help please!
